For final cleaning:

If necessary, the price of heating during the winter months is fixed (fixed: 20,00 € for La Famiglia, 15,00 € for La Stalla, L´Arancio and Il Fienile, 65,00 € for the entire property) at the time of booking.

All linen is included in the price. Are pets allowed.
